1- House Rentals:

Tuna Group is working with Mea Villa Estate and Tourism Agency, for house rentals. We will have the mission of being a mediator between homeowner and rental company.

Mea Villa’s partners (tourism giants as INTERHOME, TUI, FIRST CHOICE, etc.) offer holiday homes in 8 languages through a network of 25,000 agencies with over 5,000,000 brochures.

2- Site Management:

Our aim is to set up a system on your behalf and then, in accord with your demands, hand it over to you.

After running the site management of the complex for a certain period of time, K-Tur may transfer the management of the complexes  to another private management company or a management committee which will be appointed by vote of the residents. Residents may also join  the management committee of the complexes by appointing their own directing manager and supervisor who may be chosen from within the homeowners community.

As nearly all the home owners are non-Turks, we would like to give you a brief outline of the legal situation that applies to ‘the complex’ in Turkey.

According to Turkish law, it recognizes a ‘site’  as a property development area to establish a villa estate. Where there are more than 8 units in the estate, there must be a legally responsible management committee or board. The board consists of 3-7 or 9 persons and one supervisor - which may be a share-holder and/or a people from outside and has to be voted by homeowners democratically. For the first six months K-Tur will have a right to choose the members of the committee due to  the fact that homeowners are  non-Turkish. The board can undertake the management of the housing estate itself or may engage a person and/or company to do site management.
Furthermore, the board will have to establish the yearly budget; control the workings of the managing company; control the expenses and then  write an annual report to the owners.

3- White Goods and Furniture Packages:

3- Buying proccess:

Tuna Group is taking care of all legal issues concerning title deeds transfer, electricity and water connection, registration with necessary local authorities.
